ABOUT US... We are a family-owned Wholesale import company currently located in Walnut, CA.

LOOKING FOR... We have an opening for a full-time artwork assistant in the Art Department to produce paper proofs and maintain and coordinate production schedule. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, organized, have solid customer service etiquette, and work well in a small team environment.

Graphic Design background is not required . Some familiarity with two dimensional design software will be helpful. On the job training will be provided.

Qualified candidates should submit a Word Document format (.doc or .docx), and with the subject: Artwork Assistant Resume - Last Name, First Name.

Duties:
- Typeset text and graphic artwork proofs for for digital print and/or laser engraving.
- Correspond with clients during the proofing and approval process.
- Maintain a production schedule and maintain required ship dates and delivery dates.
- Address customer service questions and concerns about our products or orders.
- General office paperwork and upkeep.

* As with most smaller companies, each individual must be willing to wear many different hats and work with all departments involved. You are not just responsible for your own work, but also be willing to share in the responsibilities of checking your teammates work.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills: Outlook email, Word, Excel.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Professional etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure/time constraints.
- Work well in a team environment.
- BA/BS degree.

Preferred:
-Some familiarity with digital design software such as CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
