A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
As an Assistant Manager, you play a vital role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and ensuring all food service standards are met. Using your exceptional leadership abilities, you manage staff members through ongoing training, establishing performance guidelines, and providing feedback. You ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed each day by maintaining our food service employee schedules. With your outstanding attention to detail, you monitor and ensure that all health and safety standards are met in accordance with the local health department and state guidelines. You get great satisfaction from offering assistance to our staff and feel a sense of accomplishment in leading our food service team toward continued success.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to acquire Salt Lake County Health Department Food Handler's Permit and alcohol certification within 7 days of hire
