To assist the lead teacher in providing a warm and nurturing environment in which the child can grow physically, emotionally and intellectually. Should be able to organize group environment and takes responsibility for maintaining it, including general upkeep. Should be able to strictly follow the classroom policies and faculity practices defined by the managment in the employee handbook. Flexible in job assignment and cooperative with leadership staff and other staff members. Help lead teacher to make on-going observations of each child and routinely makes formal age-appropriates assessments of developmental progress.
