Our company is currently searching for a full-time Building Maintenance Technician for office buildings in the downtown San Antonio area.

The Maintenance Technician is our expert in maintenance and upkeep. You will be responsible for effectively working with the maintenance team and maintaining the physical integrity of the property and community while cultivating positive relationships with Co-workers, Tenants, Vendors, and Visitors to the property.

Qualifications and Position Requirements (including but not limited to):

*Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical and lighting systems.
*Must be able to perform carpentry repairs, framing, tile work, sheetrock, tape & float, paint and all areas required of the make-ready process.
* Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials necessary to handle the most common repairs and situations and maintain overall cleanliness of maintenance shop and other work areas.
* Ability to take care of maintenance activities including service requests and make-ready services.
* Ensure service requests are being appropriately completed and closed in a timely manner.
* Perform regular preventative maintenance and safety inspections of the property as needed.
* Perform any additional duties assigned by Property Manager or Management Company,

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
* Experience as a Maintenance Technician required
* Professional attitude
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to be on-call that may include working overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
