Job Summary:
Natural Flourish is currently seeking for motivated trimmers who are eager to adapt to our trim standards and procedures. Our ideal candidate will be capable of trimming a variety of strains while maintaining consistent quantity standards. Trim experience is greatly appreciated, but we're willing to train the right person who is enthusiastic. We're seeking out those who will be able to learn/adjust to maintaining our reputable high quality standards. Our cannabis trimmer is mainly responsible for efficiently performing quality trimming to prepare cured cannabis plants for sale. They must de-fan plants, sort A nugs, B nugs and trim precisely and bag them. Trim off sticks from dried cannabis and sustain cleanliness and organization of their work area. All while working on the QA/QC process with the inventory manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job has no supervisory duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company
• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas
• All operations must be conducted in professional manner to ensure State Compliance Laws are upheld
• Must be able to follow precise protocols and procedures
• After training, must have the ability to hand trim 2-3 lbs. of finished flower per day
• Keep detailed harvest records
• Monitor quantity and quality of harvest crews work
• Help cultivation staff when grow is completed
• Ensure that workstation is clean and organized at all times
• Organize and separate buds as directed
• Ensures the stability and reputation of the cultivation facility by complying with all federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Prior trimming experience is desired, positions are entry level.

• Must have good hand/eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity.
• Must have good visual acuity including close vision, distance vision and ability to focus.
• Must have the ability to work well within a Team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience working in the industry and familiarity with Cannabis.
• Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Have no severe allergies or sensitivities to cannabis plants
