JOB SUMMARY: Provide assistance to Agency clients who require help with personal care and ADLs, perform procedures within scope of basic certified nursing assistant practice; perform all duties on the plan of care under the supervision of an R.N.

**Colorado state certified nursing assistant license required with home care experience, as well as current drivers license and C.P.R. certification. QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be able to read, write, and understand English

2. Must have appropriate personal hygiene that promotes a professional nature

3. Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

4. Must have basic knowledge of proper food handling and appliances/equipment use found in client's home.

5. Must have knowledge of basic principles of cleanliness and safety

6. Must demonstrate capacity for high level of tolerance to occasional, stressful situations

7. Must demonstrate genuine interest in care-giver role through friendly, caring behavior

8. Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and dependability in commitment to and in completion of work assignments

9. Must have completed a formal Home Health Aide/Nurse Assistant training program

10. Must have a current licenses as a nursing assistant in the State of Colorado without stipulations

11. Must maintain current Colorado driver’s license in good standing

12. Must maintain necessary auto insurance as required by the State of Colorado

13. Must maintain current CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) certification

14. Must have reliable transportation to scheduled services by (responsibility of the employee)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
