We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team and help us grow our business.
Job Summary: The Account Manager/Client Relations specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and building strong relationships with our clientel. This includes providing excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring the overall success of client campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and have a deep understanding of online reputation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Develop and execute online reputation management strategies to improve client's online presence
- Monitor and analyze online mentions of clients, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Work with internal teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies that promote positive online presence for clients
- Ensuretimely delivery of reports and other deliverables to clients
- Act as a subject matter expert on online reputation management, provide guidance and training to clients as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, address client concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in online reputation management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of online reputation management principles and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver successful campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus
