School Food Service Cook Lintons Food Service Management, a Top 50 Contract Food Service Company has a great opportunity for a School Food Service Cook in Philadelphia, PA. Work with a team that cares about the individuals we serve!

This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills for both internal and external customers. Must have high sanitation standards and practices, and a passion for quality food. Two years of quantity cooking experience or experience in a high volume operation preferred. Serv Safe Certification a plus.

The Cook prepares foods according to the menu cycle, standardized recipes and directions provided by the Food Service Director and/or Production Manager. Documents refrigeration and food temperatures and completes necessary paperwork documentation. Cook maintains kitchen equipment in a clean and sanitary manner. Reports any equipment needs or issues to management. Presents food in a fresh and appealing manner according to the Food Presentation Policy. Insure that all quality, quantity and timing objectives are met. Follows posted Sanitation Schedule and ensures a clean and organized work area at all times.
