Customer Service Representative Job at Miles Technologies

We are looking for a professional and energized Customer Service Representative to support the Miles Technologies Team! If you love helping people and you’re customer-centric, we want to meet you! You’ll put yourself in the shoes of the customer, be supportive, polite, optimistic and happy as a customer service representative.
IN THIS ROLE:
- Maintain and exceed our quality expectations for customer services, by providing accurate and prompt answers to all customer requests.
- Respond to support requests in compliance with established guidelines through email, live chats, and telephone calls in/out.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions are taken. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communication & Clear Explanation of details relating to an issue with the clients and team members through email phone chat and etc
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational, computer and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications, specifically
- Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and Gmail/Outlook.
- CRM or ERP Software a plus
