All American Sweeping Company Inc is searching for a motivated, high energy Day Porter to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, is able to take initiative to solve tasks, and is able to provide a professional, and friendly face for property visitors.

Shift Expectations:

Currently we are seeking someone who is available to work Sunday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. (Write this down, because you'll be asked about this later.)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-webbing of building and doorways
• Assisting in light maintenance work
• Restroom care (if applicable at assigned property)
• Sanitizing public spaces
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
• Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
• Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Has reliable transportation to Folsom, CA as the public transportation system is unreliable for the area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
