Working in the homes and community with them, to ensure their connection to their community is positive while meeting their basic needs. A person must have caregiving skills and find value in serving others and providing opportunities for the person served to live their best life possible. Consistent attendance, being on time for scheduled shifts and training are expected. Being self-motivated, having the ability to communicate both verbally and in written expression are necessary skills to have. As well as having the other skills necessary for documentation which include typing and computer skills.

Several different shifts available including weekend shifts.

Valid Nebraska Driver's License Required.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Post Employment Drug Screen.
