The Position:

Full Circle of Choices is looking for talented employees to join our team in supporting one of our amazing clients living in Pleasant Hill with high needs.

Our client is an adult man in his 40s who lives in his own apartment. As a community member with Cerebral Palsy, He is capable of effectively directing his services with support; but uses a power wheelchair and needs assistance with all physical aspects of his daily life to be able to manage his home and enjoy activities out in the community.

When out in the community, our client enjoys taking classes at DVC and taking part in other local activities (movies, Dave & Busters, eating out, etc.).

Our client receives 24/7 support, so we are looking for new team members who can help fill shifts across a variety of days and hours so, please contact us if you are interested in joining our amazing team working full (or part time) with great benefits!

We are currently looking to fill shifts in the following windows:

• Sunday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Saturday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm

In addition to the shifts noted above, our client has the opporunity for additional short hour support on the following days during morning (Prep for the day) and evening times (prep for bed) :

• Sunday
• Tuesday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday

Please note: Each of the above shifts can be combined for potential employees looking for longer working periods.

About Us:

Full Circle of Choices is a nonprofit organization that provides Independent (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities living in Contra Costa County.

Supported Living Services (SLS) enable our clients to live the lives the lives they want to live and be the people they want to be and our Direct Support Professionals (the position you are considering applying for right now!) are key to making this happen!

As our services are provided 24 hours a day in home and out in the community, we are currently looking to fill a variety of shifts in Central and East Contra Contra Costa County.

We welcome experienced and unexperienced caregivers alike and comprehensive training is provided for each client served.
