We are looking for a Director of Nursing to join our team at Medical Management Health & Rehab located in Macon, Georgia.

Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the DON position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern this facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse. Two years or more of experience as a DON in long-term care is required.
As a condition of employment at Medical Management Health & Rehab, all Team Members are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption by date of hire.
