Director of Nursing (DON) Job at Infinity Care of East Los Angeles

We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinic team and ensure all our residents recieve high-quality care. Infinity Care of East LA is a 99 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the historic Boyle Heights neighborhood of East LA. Our desired candidate is a DON who can bring clinical knowhow, establish processes as needed, and combine accountability with education, while providing the person-centered care our residents need. Requirements:
- RN and/or BSN certification
- at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role as an RN, OR
- at least 2 years of experience as a DON in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
