Our DSP's work in one of Aptiv's family-style homes. Located in residential neighborhoods, each home accommodates up to four residents in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Caregiving responsibilities include assisting with homecare and personal tasks like meal preparation, feeding/tube feeding, dispensing medication, bathing, grooming, leading group activities, and using the bathroom. You will also accompany residents on errands and excursions, like shopping, going to activities, and accompany them to doctor appointments. This position is truly rewarding, as your efforts will bring residents comfort, security, and joy every day.
