Electrician Job at Douglas Allen Real Estate
Constantly expanding real estate investment company seeking an experienced Electrician that is reliable, honest, and has their own transportation; preferably a truck or van. The optimal candidate is able to address, diagnose, and repair any electrical issues that may arise, not limited to lighting, heating, cooling, wiring, shortages, outages, etc. We have just shy of 100 rental units across Bridgeport, Hamden, New Haven, East Haven, West Haven, Milford, Orange, Easton, Trumbull, Derby, and Wallingford. Our office is located on the Post Road in Milford. The majority of our properties are within a 15-20 minute drive from our office. We specialize in rentals, but we also buy, sell, build, and flip property.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $100.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Self-determined schedule
- Weekend availability
