Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Field Training Manager. This is a key role to our franchisees’ future success by providing leadership, coaching, and best in class training to new franchisees aligning with Culver’s standards and promoting restaurant success. The person in this role will support the Family Restaurants in their pursuit of and in maintaining Training Restaurant Certification status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and training processes for new franchisees
• Ensures operational standards and best practices in the Family Restaurants according to the Operations Manual and Training Restaurant Certification
• Confirms certified training team is maintained in the family restaurants and ensure proper support for franchisee development
• Completes a thorough evaluation of new franchisee and mentee candidates to provide insight in the approval process
• Supports family restaurants in the development of a high performing team that delivers Culver’s Mission and Core Values

Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing a Culver’s restaurant at General Manager or Assistant General Manager level
• Strong skills and experience in Restaurant Back Office programs- CrunchTime, labor management and inventory management
• Well-versed in Microsoft suite products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong coaching and development skills

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
