• FINRA Series 65, 66, or 7 & 63 licensed.
• Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Computer savvy, strength in excel and number crunching

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Considerable knowledge in financial planning, including but not limited to goals-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and education funding
• Considerable knowledge of the securities industry, investment and insurance products and services
• CFP preferred, but pursuit of it acceptable with a goal to acquire.
• Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients and maintains a holistic approach to planning
• Strong relationship management, personal connection, and new business development skills Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient with various computer software programs including the ability to use recommended desktop planning tools and processes. Proficient with MS office suite
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce your clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions Motivated by results and finding solutions, you take initiative and exceed customer expectations
• Extensive knowledge of investment solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $79,149.05 - $343,609.80 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
