JOB PROFILE

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing superior customer service to our customers throughout the sale and service processes.

This is an 8 week temporary position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Welcome all guests when they come into the dealership.
• Assist guests with any questions and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Check-in all guests in the system.
• Maintain the common areas.
• Maintain the complimentary drinks, snacks and other amenities offered.
• Monitor the lot via camera system and dispatch appropriate personnel to assist.
• Requires being at work on time and maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Individual must have good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to work well with others, professional appearance, good math and clerical skills, working knowledge of office machines, positive attitude, excellent organization skills. Individual should perform duties with little or no supervision, read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent; one or more years of related experience and or training.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
