Growing boutique-retail company seeking top-notch front of house retail associates.
We are looking for strong candidates who will be responsible, both personally and through cooperation with your team, for maintaining operational excellence.
We want hardworking individuals who understand our aesthetic, and are warm, friendly, approachable & patient to join our Flower Girl Team. The sales associate's primary goal is providing exceptional customer service, while additional responsibilities include general inventory management and maintenance of our shop. We are looking for someone to work in either one or both of our retail locations in Chelsea, Manhattan and Rockefeller Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- perform daily maintenance tasks including restocking store, displays, cashier and shop upkeep
- email correspondence with customers
- maintain our visual merchandising standards and uphold our image
- maintain consistent communication among team
- assist customers in purchases | running transactions

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years retail experience (experience in floral work/floral design a plus)
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate and interested in our brand
- Retail knowledge, great work ethic, and ability to deliver exceptional customer service experience
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to work environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US
