Ilios Nocheis looking for friendly and talented General Restaurant Manager with Best in Class hospitality standards to be leaders of the Xenia Hospitality Group.

Our brand Ilios Noche, a fine dining, Greek-Mediterranean establishment, is looking for a General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to,

· Leading the front of the house and the back of the house team

· Hiring, training, scheduling and developing all team members and managers and holding them accountable to our highest standards

· Execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times

· Responsible for maintaining the brand standard

· Responsible for the financial health of the restaurant

· Achieving operational goals with food costs and quality, beverage costs and quality, labor costs, service standards and guest satisfaction

· Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards

· Implementation and management of all Ilios Noche’s standards and expectations

· Ensures exceptional service to our guests at all times

Our Ideal Candidate is:

· A detail-oriented Hospitality leader who will be a hands-on mentor in the dining room with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and create an amazing experience for both our guests and our staff.

· You will lead all front of house operations, providing insight and guidance to every member of the team, working closely with other managers to further the success of the restaurant.

· You have an exceptional track record, expertise in service, an impeccable eye for detail, a high level of professionalism, and can execute the standards of a fine dining establishment.

· You have a proven track record of driving revenue, increasing team member engagement and retention, and developing and implementing systems.

· Basic Qualifications

  • High volume restaurant or related hospitality management: 2 years (Required)
  • Bachelor's - Hospitality degree preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Have the stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week
