Hospital Project Operations Manager Job at Littleton Virtual Services
GeBBS Consulting, a leader in Healthcare Technology solutions, has an immediate opening for a Hospital Operations Project Support Manager to support one of its major healthcare partners in the Baltimore, MD market. This is a remote role with some travel/on-site presence possible.
Position Description:
This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance & Revenue Advisory Services and will provide important project support to a number of initiatives across the hospital system.
What You’ll Get to Do:
· Serve in the role of Operational Project Manager to organize and drive to completion multiple enterprise level interrelated initiatives across the hospital system.
· Recommend Project Management approach / methodology; tools; and approaches to successfully manage multiple simultaneous enterprise initiatives including status reporting dashboard; project meeting cadence, agendas, post meeting reporting; individual project plans as well as overall projects interrelated plan.
· Ensure individual project initiatives are on track; troubleshoot project tasks that are off track and resolve issues to return to on schedule status.
· Support Senior Managers (VPs and Directors) in staying on track with their individual initiatives to drive thru to successful completion.
· Interact with C-Level Executives from Hospital System who are involved in project initiatives for status, gathering information, and required input for initiatives.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
· 3 – 5 years in role of simultaneously leading multiple enterprise level operational projects (these are not IT Projects – not looking for IT Project Manager).
· Documented experience setting up project management processes and tools (status reporting dashboards, project schedules, project meeting agendas).
· Documented experience leading project(s) status meetings.
· Documented experience interacting with Senior Level Stakeholders – VPs, CFO, CEO, COO.
· Detailed Oriented, confident/assertive, but not overconfident.
· Good listening and strong critical thinking skills.
· Exceptional communication (verbal & written) and Presentation Skills.
· Willingness to travel several times per month to Baltimore for Corporate meetings.
· Previous Hospital Experience (last 5 years).
· Any experience with The Maryland All-Payer Model highly desired.
· Experience with Hospital Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) highly desired.
