Fat's Asia Bistro located in Folsom, CA is looking for individuals to join our team. We are part of the Fat Family Restaurant Group owned and operated, serving the Sacramento area for 80+ years. We seek individuals who are passionate about friendly, attentive service and quality.
Positions are part-time with the following requirements:
- Must be friendly and professional
- Must be motivated and team oriented
- Must have a current food handler card
- No experience necessary - will train

Job Summary:
Greet and seat guests. Take reservations, answer phones.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate reservations and wait list.
- Seat guests
- Distribute menus and wine list.
- Inspect dining area, making sure tables are set, and in a neat and orderly condition.
- Inspect restrooms, making sure they are maintained in a clean and orderly manner, and paper goods are stocked.
- Responsible for keeping front entrance, lobby and front windows are clean and orderly.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management.
Food Handler Certification is required.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
