The position holder takes care of the daily HR tasks in terms of administration and campaigns as assigned. The position holder is the subject matter expert for the group’s global HR software and ensure the software is supporting the HR processes up to agreed standards. This means acting as subject matter expert supporting the HR community, and project leader when the software is to be developed further including managing change/the implementation and training of users.

The role is located in the Streetsboro, Ohio, entails a broad range of relationships both in North America and internationally and reports to SVP HR & Sustainability.

Main duties and responsibilities

Supporting SVP HR & Sustainability and the Managing Director NA with monthly/quarterly/annual processes and reporting e.g. assist in implementation of strategic compensation and benefit programs, H&S administration

Assist HR mgr with the hiring process, including job descriptions, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, assessments, administration of candidates in the HR software etc.

Coordination of courses, admin of newly hires and trainings

Manage administration/coordination of defined projects and campaigns, e.g. Global Employee Engagement Surveys, training projects, Employer fairs, Job descriptions etc.

Coordinates and conducts maintenance, troubleshooting, resolving issues and design of Bulten’s global HRIS and other human resources computer applications and systems as assigned.

Analyze and report the need for system enhancement or customization

Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data, develop reports.

Trains and provides troubleshooting tips to other HR members globally on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed. Works with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.

Support the implementation/maintenance of various modules within the global organization.

Take the lead as a project manager to implement changes (i.e. on-boarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, recruitment, etc.).

Experience and required knowledge:

· Experience from HR administrative work, preferably from a group HR function internationally

· Effective and high standard in international HR processes, tools and techniques

· Experience from working in/administrating a global HR system, preferably in the role as HRIS

· Detail-oriented and organized, Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills

· Good communication and customer service skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
