Role purpose

To actively support management to excellence in employee engagement and development.

Implement, structure and build the HR processes and routines.

Support the growth of BNA by working in accordance with our strategy and group policies.

The role reports to Managing Director BNA and works closely with the Group HRBP Operations.

Main duties and responsibilities

HR

Coach and support managers in their work to lead and motivate their employees and to implement Bulten’s HR and Employee strategy

Run the candidate recruitment process, incl. job postings, CV screening & selection, interviews, assessment center, etc.
Recruiting strategy and partnerships (e.g. with universities etc.)

Coordinate employee on- and off boarding process

Payroll Administration and review of Expense Reimbursables

Benefit & Insurance administration

Research and administration of market appropriate benefit packages

Administration of Corporate Insurance for employees

Implementation of structure and routines, global and local HR processes, such as Annual Development Dialogue and Employee Engagement Surveys

Employee Development/Trainings

Development of corporate culture

Perform/coordinate customary Employer matters and relations as e.g. labour law, rehabilitation matters, policy deployment, Employee handbook maintenance, as well as keeping the HR global software (Talentsoft) content up to date

Perform/coordinate customary HR matters as e.g. job descriptions facilitation.

Perform and coordinate HR analytics

Implement, monitor and evaluate HR projects/programs and initiatives as assigned. E.g. Employer branding, Engagement activities

Contribute in projects in the global HR team

Other duties as assigned

Bachelor degree or equal

Experience from a national HR manager role

Ideally experience in HR administration and HR software

Ability to work collaboratively, engage comfortably and work effectively in global organizations, participate in collaborative decision-making,

Strong personal leadership capability to create an engaging, collaborative and innovative work environment.

Preference experienced working with manufacturing
