Engineering and Technical Advisory (ETA) services for Industry Engagement, Cloud architecture/planning, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Configuration Management, Network Engineering, Information Advantage, and Data Science & Analytics. Security Control Assessor (SCAs) will assess the management, operational, assurance, and technical security controls implemented on the Gabriel Nimbus (GN) platform. Wlll work with the HQDA G2 to scan, test, and validate the platform’s systems/network/applications.

SCAs will scan, test, and validate systems/networks/applications to obtain an Authority to Operate under NIST/FISMA guidelines. SCAs will conduct Cloud assessments and SBSAs, document findings, and facilitate risk mitigation planning while providing expertise for security audits/compliance reviews and the maintenance of information assurance and accreditation artifacts. The contractor shall provide Assessment and Authorization (A&A) for the ARCYBER cloud infrastructure for the GN BDP and other ARCYBER cloud infrastructure that includes the following tasks.

• Execute security control assessment plan by using provided assessment procedures, collecting/analyzing evidence, and documenting steps taken and findings noted
• Update the System Security Plan with actual control implementation measures determined during assessment
• Develop Security Assessment Report for management staff providing residual risk statement, impact, and suggested corrective actions
• Review vulnerability scans and Remediation
• Implement risk management programs by utilizing NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, and PII
• Document complex technology, data protection, confidentiality, and data residency solutions
• Monitor the privacy landscape for regulatory changes surrounding data privacy, data protection, data confidentiality, data classification, and data residency
• Assist clients with identifying gaps within existing privacy programs and designing solutions to help address those challenges

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800 - 1700. Due to support of multiple missions globally, working outside normal duty hours will occur as mission dictates.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education/Experience: BS 7-12 years prefer 12+ years
• MUST BE U.S CITIZEN
• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
• IA Certification: IAM III

Pay: $110,872.87 - $156,423.61 per year
