Paragon Landscape Construction is an award winning full service Landscape Construction Company providing high quality, complex landscapes. Due to our continued growth. Paragon is hiring a full time Construction Project Manager to join our team who is highly motivated, attentive to detail, precise with effective organizational skills and looking for personal and professional growth.

This position will be bridging the gap between the project estimators and site supervisors. Candidate will be responsible for project set up, execution, coordination, control and completion of specific projects while ensuring company goals and strategies.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Read and interpret plans and understand contract specifications and construction procedures.

- Assist with purchasing materials for projects and arrange methods for tracking accurate inventory.

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.

- Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and updates and make sure project deadlines are met.

- Monitor and track multiple jobs of various complexity from beginning to completion with proper closeout.

- Communicate any changes in scope, product or schedule to the overall project team and track change orders.

- Verify accuracy of in place material quantities and daily production to complete daily reporting and tracking.

- Monitor job site conditions, practices and procedures for compliance with quality control as well as health and safety standards.

- Critical role in managing all parts of the construction projects and making sure that each project is organized and installed according to plans on schedule and within budget.

- Provide constant communication to clients, estimators, supervisors, foreman and office team members.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Project Management.

- Ability to prioritize daily tasks most critical to project schedule.

- Familiar with all types of Construction industry practices

- Knowledge of plant materials a plus.

- Proficient in typical project management software, Microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook), Auto CAD is a plus

- Flexibility to multitask, with the ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to provide leadership to project team as well as field crews.

- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
