This innovative company is looking for Model-Based Systems Engineers that specialize in robotics, software development, and AI/autonomous systems. This company is a leader in Aerospace & Defense and is looking for experienced systems engineers to boost their programs.
The Role:
The Lead Model-Based Systems Engineer must have experience with AI/autonomous systems, project leading, and robotics-relevant fields. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with model-based systems engineering and is looking for an opportunity to work on top-tier defense autonomy products.
You must have or be willing to receive government clearance. Familiarity with AI, autonomous systems, and robotics is essential for the role. You will be using SysML, DoDAF, Cameo in this role. A background in software development, algorithms, and interfaces is preferred.
Experience with production of an AI product from start to finish will be very useful for this role. Experience working on autonomy architecture also will be very useful.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relative post-degree experience in AI, autonomy, and engineering
- A thorough understanding of AI, project management, and proposal processes
- Ability to produce solutions independently, communicate effectively, and be able to work in or with a team
- Proven experience with the challenges of developing autonomous and AI systems in real-world scenarios
- Extensive model-based systems experience in the Defense Industry
