Deltas Tech Ops division is seeking a Lead Prod uction Control Auditor to join the team in Atlanta. The Production Control Lead Auditor works directly with Production Control Auditors and is responsible for directing daily workflow to achieve production goals. The individual should be able to quickly evaluate daily workload, prioritize task and flex resources to receive, bin parts and build engine kits. The candidate for this position should be a team focused leader that possesses strong organizational and critic al thinking skills. The Lead will be responsible for setting employee work schedules and tracking time and attendance , and m ust be willing to work shift, weekends and occasional holidays . The Lead Production Control Auditor is responsible to practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $38.18 with a potential maximum hourly rate of $38.18. The ability to reach the maximum hourly rate is dependent upon several other offered premiums (Examples would include but not limited to - Airframe and Powerplant license
, Shift differential, Station location differential, Line Maintenance differential, Skill differential).

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including rotating or fixed shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 75lbs, in compliance with PPE requirements (safety shoes, safety glasses, etc.).
  • Must possess a working knowledge of Delta computer systems (SAP, RGM, GEM/Mirs, and MTAC), as well as Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
  • Must have the ability to act as the working leader of a group of AMTs and/or ASMs, as well as be a leader in the areas of continuous improvement and safety.
  • (If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
