Leasing Consultant for Mixed-Use Community Needed. 2 years experience in property management required. Experience in leasing strongly preferred. Section 42 (IRS)/tax credit experience strongly preferred. Full time, approx. 300 units. Bilingual preferred. Competitive compensation plus benefits, salary based on experience. Potential to live on-site in rent-free studio unit.
.Knowledge of Fair Housing Practices required. Resident interaction experience preferred. Background & Drug Screening Required.
