Leasing Manager Job at Redside Partners LLC
Redside Partners, a Seattle-based property management company, has an opening for a Leasing Manager position to help us lease up a brand new 159 unit property in the Tacoma neighborhood.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Tour prospects, market units, and lease apartments as necessary – must be strong salesperson! Flexible schedule as needed – this will include some evening and weekend work
- Work with maintenance staff and meet with vendors
- Responsible for GREAT resident relations and customer service
- Walking and inspecting property on a regular basis--curb appeal is vital
- Ability to work independently and office at one or more of these properties--and even though they'll work independently, this person has to be a team player and enjoy wearing multiple hats!
Education and/or Experience:
- Leasing experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Proficient in all aspects of computing, work with property management software is preferred--we use AppFolio
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Close attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Professional, businesslike demeanor
- Must pass background check and have GREAT references!
Redside offers $100 per lease, up to $5000 bonus upon successful lease up.
Full time manager position once all units are leased or possible other lease up opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 per year
