Title: Legal IT Strategy Manager

Salary : $94,500 (Flex to 105K) + 15% bonus

Interviews: 30-minute zoom w/ Manager -> 1hr with the manager and team -> Offer

MUST-HAVES:

• 5 years of IT Strategy experience or IT Operations
• Experience creating organizational/IT roadmaps
• Experience managing a project or two from start to finish (can be a leader of a project)
• Law/legal background – Ideally at a law firm/risk management or HR would work
• Great communication and personality

Day To Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Legal IT Strategist to join our client’s corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This person will report to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and work with the Legal Department to provide strategic advice, assessment, selection and management of the Department’s technology direction, platform, tools and processes to measure and continuously improve departmental performance and efficiency. This person will be responsible for automating and putting together road maps for the next five years of technology for the legal department. Using technology to improve and report on the department’s KPIs. Someone who will thrive in the position is experienced with data and is most importantly a strategic thinker. They need to understand the connection between business, and legal and translate it to technology. This person will be helping manage projects and will be the right-hand person to Sr. Management for planning roadmap to future.
