SALARY RANGES:

Associate therapist (AMFT & LCSW Intern) $30-$40

Fully licenesd MFT & LCSW $40-$57

Licensed Psychologist $58-$68

Oro House Recovery Centers is one of the nation’s premier drug and alcohol treatment centers. Oro House is a dual-diagnoses treatment center specializing in mental health and substance abuse problems. We take a holistic approach to treatment, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and medication management. We are looking for a full-time experienced Primary Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles County.

Job Duties

• Implement all Acadia Malibu rules, policies, and guidelines consistently
• Maintain facility standards and inform Clinical Director of any deficiencies
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with staff and clients at all times.
• Follow through on all directives left by Clinical Director
• Individual and group sessions
• Communication with clients care team (Doctors, Nurses, Case Managers)
• Upon admission verify that client has completed all assessments
• Within 24 hours of assignment to a client fill out Clinical Admission Note, Needs and Services Plan, Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan
• Help client identify contract goals and bring suggestions to Treatment Team meeting
• Discharge summaries

Job Type: Full-Time, 8 hours shift 5 days a week

Must Haves:

• Masters Degree; Current California therapist license (LMFT, LCSW)
• Great people skills with the ability to be personable and professional
• Capable of adjusting to changing priorities
• Compassion for patients who suffer from mental health and substance abuse issues
