We are currently seeking a Machine Operator with the below qualifications:

Professional Attributes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ability to operate molding presses.
• Ability to clear simple jams and restart automation.
• Ability to adjust and change films as required.
• Ability to check parts for quality defects such as cracks and chip outs.
• Ability to trim and inspect parts as needed by customer specification.
• Ability to follow work instructions on the process and desired quality needed with each production run.
• Ability to count, organize and package parts per requirements.
• Ability to properly complete all shift paperwork per work instructions.
• Ability to communicate all part defects or problems regarding production issues to Lead, Technician, and/or Supervisor.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior manufacturing experience is desired, but not required
• Positive outlook while working through obstacles
• Self-starter, high level of initiative
• Detail orientated
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills — written, verbal, active listening
• Able to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
