Maintenance Worker Job at The Glenwood Supportive Living
The Glenwood Supportive Living in Mt. Zion, IL is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to work approximately 10-12 hours per week.
This is a great position for a retired individual or someone looking for a second job that is local to the Mt. Zion area.
The position offers a flexible schedule and a great work atmosphere. Candidate must be responsible & reliable!
Duties include, but are not limited to: Painting, landscape maintenance, performing minor home repairs, inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation), checking functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm), and other small project tasks.
This Maintenance position will report and communicate regularly with the facility Administrator and the Construction/Maintenance Director and will document any necessary findings on a regular basis.
A background check is mandatory.
