This is a remote role. We can hire from the states of IL, MO, OK, WI, NC, TX, and FL.

Manages all aspects of the data architecture, data ingestion, data movement, data design, and data administrations for Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) system in accordance with the EDA roadmap.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the management of the integration of all IT aspects of the Data & Integration program, ensuring a holistic approach is implemented and maintained, including the coordination of the technology to support data architecture, data quality/integrity, data sourcing, data mapping, data design and data administration.
• Leads team meetings and creates comprehensive minutes to detail decision points and workflow documentation, and presents results to all levels of IT leadership and organizational leadership.
• Determines Data & Integration priorities in conjunction with the organization's Enterprise Data Analytics program governance structure and project sponsors. Assists with developing any plans necessary to resolve resource or other budgetary issues during project planning and implementation.
• Manages and communicates a clear vision of the project's objectives and motivates the project team (or teams) to achieve them. Creates a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
• Negotiates the performance of activities with team members and their leaders in a matrix environment.
• Manages changes to preserve business plan commitments and initiates review if objectives must change.
• Oversees team documentation and updates to relevant knowledge bases; analyzes lessons learned and shares with other leaders.
• Proactively identifies changes in work scope and ensures appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

EXPERIENCE

• Five years of experience with two years in leadership
