Job Summary:

The Manager of Strategy and Operations will be a strategic leader responsible for supporting the growth and success of commercial departments by developing and implementing effective business strategies and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a combination of deep business acumen, operational expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and leading organizational change.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Own the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team
  • Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company
  • Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfers


What You Need:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges
