Medical Receptionist Job at Chicago Cardiology Institute
Do you have a passion for excellent customer service? We are continuing to grow and seeking to add a full-time Medical Receptionist for a Cardiology practice located in Schaumburg, IL and Oak Park, IL.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet people entering the clinic with a smile, check-in and check-out of patients, scheduling appointments, answering telephones, collecting co-pays, scanning, data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties.
- Candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
Requirements:
- EMR experience is a plus.
- Must be able to multitask, perform work accurately and anticipate the needs of our patients and physicians.
- Familiarity with various insurance companies helpful.
Successful candidate will be mature, reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to accurately handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment with compassion, patience, a positive attitude and a smile.
Full time position, bilingual is a plus.
Candidate should be able to work as late as 7:00 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
