Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Reports to: Medical Director

We are looking for dynamic, passionate and holistic mental health therapists to join our team. Our work is meaningful and rewarding, as we strive to change lives and accompany our clients on their journey to self growth and healing.

Job Overview: Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients. Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances. Meets with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plan as necessary.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide individual, couples and/or family therapy in private practice setting both in person and via telehealth
• Manage a caseload of clients including scheduling intakes and follow up appointments
• Participate in weekly consultation meeting
• Render thorough biopsychosocial assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan in alignment with integrative model
• Meet expectations for timely and thorough documentation of services rendered

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
• Valid professional license in the state of CA - AMFT/LMFT, ACSW/LCSW, APCC/LPCC, PsyD, PhD
• Must possess a current CA driver’s license and be in good standing

Position: Part time- flexible hours

Pay Range: Compensation will be commensurate with relevant education and experience. We offer competitive pay and a flexible schedule.

Pay: $100,116.00 - $111,115.00 per year
