Night-Time Receptionist Job at New Holland Auto Group
New Holland Auto Group, located in New Holland, PA, is accepting applications and conducting personal interviews for Night-Time Receptionists.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors both telephonically and in-person at the dealership
- Scheduling appointments
- Filing paperwork
- Accepting payments
- Providing information and assistance to other departments as needed
Requirements include:
- Must be comfortable with high energy and fast paced work environment
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be well organized
Schedule
- M-F 2:30 PM - 8 PM
- Saturdays Required 9AM - 5 PM
