At Best Hearing San Diego, our mission is to offer a personalized, concierge approach to hearing care at our Audiology practice that specializes in Auditory Processing Disorders, Tinnitus, and Hearing Loss. We understand the impact that any one of these disabilities can have on our patient’s enjoyment of an active lifestyle. We are seeking a like-minded audiologist interested in partnering with our unique team of clinical experts in serving our large family of satisfied patients and specialized diagnostic referral sources. Our clinic is known for our expertise in APD diagnostics and treatment programs. We work with school districts all over southern California, providing APD diagnostic services for their students, attending IEP meetings, collaborating with local learning centers and allied professionals, and providing various APD in-clinic and remote treatment interventions for patients from all over California and neighboring states.

Best Hearing San Diego also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus, works with the VA providing diagnostic services for veterans, provides infant hearing screenings for the clientele of various local mid-wives, and fits and dispenses hearing aid technology for patients struggling to find a successful solution to their hearing challenges.

Qualifications

• Au.D. preferred, will consider a master’s degree in Audiology
• Active CA Dispensing Audiologist license or eligible for licensure in California
• ASHA or AAA Board Certification
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to contribute positively to a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize and manage all patients with a high standard of care
• A dedication to helping those of all ages and with all types of hearing disorders (CAPD, tinnitus, Meniere’s, amplification, hyperacusis, and more) via diagnostic testing, counseling, and treatment

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range $38.79-$42.10 (commensurate with level of experience)
• Paid holidays & PTO
• Part-time employment (with approximately 25-30 hrs. week) with option for quick transition to full-time.
