Part-Time Morning Radio Co-Host Job at Blarney Stone Broadcasting, Inc.
Blarney Stone Broadcasting, Inc. is seeking a creative, energetic, and entertaining on-air personality for their Traverse City, MI office. Responsibilities include co-hosting the morning show for WQON 100.3 in Grayling, WYPV 94.5 Mackinaw City and WWMN 106.3 Traverse City - Monday - Friday from 6 AM to 9 AM. As an on-air persnality for Blarney Stone Broadcasting, Inc. you will participate in station and client events/remotes and connect with the community via phone, in person, or through social media. Candidates must have an unparalleled passion, work ethic and drive.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Adept at social media posting with a clear understanding of platform requirements for business accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Polite phone skills to interface with listeners.
Outgoing, energetic and a positive sense of humor.
Grasp of current events.
Grasp of social standards for decency.
Be available to work some nights and weekends for public appearances.
Candaidates with acting or emceeing experience, preferred.
