Patient Care Secretary Job at FirstHealth of the Carolinas
Provide secretarial support to clinical staff. Responsible for receiving, prioritizing and directing patient/family telephone calls with frequent interruptions. Maintain medical records including computerized records including data entry. Order and stock medical supplies. Deliver and pickup requested items. Update and distribute required information and reports.
Qualifications: High School graduate. Associate Degree Secretarial Science preferred. 2 years minimum experience in a healthcare setting. Must have critical thinking skills, medical terminology, multi-tasking skills and be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, etc. Must have good driving record.

Schedule: Three Quarters Time: 30-35 hrs/wk, Day Shift, Tuesday - Friday 8a -5p
