Dr. Rachel S. Rubin is a board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist. She is one of only a handful of physicians with fellowship training in sexual medicine for all genders. Dr. Rubin is a clinician, researcher, and passionate educator. She recently opened her own practice in Rockville, MD!
We’re searching for an organized personal assistant to provide administrative support and allow Dr. Rubin to focus on providing optimal care at her practice. You’ll be responsible for organization of her schedule, management of email and social media DMs, running various errands, arranging travel, and assisting with other duties as needed. Our ideal candidate is a great multitasker and possesses superb communication skills. Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages
- Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
- Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transportation
- Keep track of social media posting and direct messages
- Perform other duties as assigned
Personal Assistant Qualifications
- Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.68 - $21.29 per hour
