Tribeca Global is a Private Equity firm focused on investing and partnering with high-quality SPAC teams located across the globe.

Tribeca Global is seeking an outstanding individual to join its Research team as an analyst. The analyst will support the team in reviewing existing investments, evaluating prospective investments, and working with data.

The analyst will be a part of a small team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and will have constant interaction with the senior members of the team. Currently, this position is work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Absorb and learn the investment philosophy and process behind SPACs.
• Develop an understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
• Assist in investment due-diligence monitoring process of existing and prospective investments by participating in calls and meetings, writing investment update reports, and reviewing data related to investment team monitoring
• Support team in the investment due-diligence process including contributing analysis and critical thinking to the process
• Update internal research and marketing materials

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience working in the financial markets
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, General Business, or Business Management. Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program is required
• Internship in the financial services industry or experience working in investment manager due diligence is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Must be an ambitious, dedicated, and results-oriented individual.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Financial Advisory: 1 year (Preferred)
