About the Position

As a Product Manager at ServiceUp, you are in charge of building products that delight customers. You possess an astute product sense and have a passion to execute the most challenging roadmap to address customer pain points.

Ensuring product adoption and driving growth will be a key part of your day. You will work with Sales and Marketing on one side and engineering on the other to get us to the right product-market fit for our fleet product.

The Product Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, goals, and pain points, and create a product plan to help them achieve their desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap
  • Maintain and prioritize engineering backlog and execute on key roadmap features
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products and services, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or challenges
  • Develop and deliver product demos and training to customers as needed
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and work with sales to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a high level of customer retention by proactively addressing any issues or concerns

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or management
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in a growth-stage startup
  • Proven track record of launching software products and platforms as a product manager and/or engineering
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and strategies

Preferred:

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and have the chops at the same time to navigate the most complex of business and technical challenges
  • Passion for the automotive industry and desire to build and contribute to the growth of a start-up company

Working Conditions: This position may require occasional travel to customer locations.
