Ascent360 is seeking a Production Operations Lead to join our growing team of professionals. The Production Operations Lead is responsible for monitoring, identifying, and troubleshooting production issues; including outages with email platforms utilized at Ascent360. This role supports the client success team and contributes to the development of new product features. They will support our help desk team and will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment. This person will ideally have a technical background, with experience in Marketing Technology or Database Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Technical expert within email platforms
• Works on the front line for all production-related issues including help desk tickets
• Work with our 3rd party partners, i.e. SendGrid, Acoustic, and other integration partners to ensure best practices are applied at Ascent360
• Client-facing for technical questions in collaboration with the client success team
• Monitoring / identifying production service interruptions and coordination with the development team
• Assist with user management and setup of new accounts in both our software and email platforms
• Assist in training clients and other team members to use various email tools and software
• Create and maintain knowledge articles for both customers and internal users

Minimum Requirements:

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Experience in a variety of Email Service Providers – Acoustic and Send Grid a plus
• Experience with or willingness to learn SQL preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced software environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Acoustic and/or SendGrid
• Experience with software training
• CRM or CDP experience
• SQL / Javascrip knowledge
