Family-owned subdivision in Sumter County, SC is looking for an office assistant to become part of our team!

Candidate must exude confidence, be outgoing, personability, efficient, results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, and work independently and as part of our team.

Job Description includes, but is not limited to:

  • 4+ years experience in office admin, customer service and sales needed; prior experience in property management and real estate helpful.
  • Assist with daily administrative and property management responsibilities including pre-qualifying prospects, schedule showings, marketing, processing payments and maintaining tenant relations
  • Skill set must include advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Suites, Chrome, Excel and ability to learn proprietary property management software

Candidate's focused will be on Home Sales. This requires candidate to get licensed as a SC Manufactured Home Sales Agent within 6 weeks of hire!
