Position Description

Craft Health is seeking an experienced Radiologist to join our team. The position requires an ABR Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiologist comfortable with all modalities: particularly x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT. As a successful Radiologist, you must use medical imaging technologies to successfully execute and interpret medical images to aid the diagnostic and treatment process for our markets in Tulsa, Raleigh, Nashville, and Tampa.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret the outcomes of diagnostic imaging procedures, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computer tomography (CT), ultrasound, and x-ray.
  • Obtain patient histories from electronic records & patient interview dictated reports.
  • Review and transmit images and information using picture archiving and communications systems.
  • Compile written reports of findings and diagnoses.
  • Communicate and discuss results and diagnoses with physicians.
  • Communicate examination results & diagnostic information and evaluate medical information to determine patients’ risk factors to make decisions regarding the appropriateness of procedures.
  • Establish and enforce standards for the protection of patients and staff.
  • Develop and monitor procedures to ensure adequate quality control.
  • Participate in continuing education activities to maintain and develop expertise.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Completion of medical school, medical internship, and medical residency in radiology at an accredited medical facility is required.
  • Three years of experience required.
  • ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) practicing.
  • Proficient in general radiology techniques, including X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
  • Strong communication, patient management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and treatment plans.
  • Superior critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
