We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. This professional has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities:

Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process

• 40 hrs/week Monday - Friday working from home, hours 9 am-5 pm
• Daily use of the following platforms–Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google Voice, Gmail, Google Sheets
• Initiating conversations and following up with potential leads
• Hunt, manage and qualify inbound inquiries and dispatch them to agents quickly
• Accurate and detailed tracking of leads & messages on a spreadsheet
• Dispatching leads to team agents based on current systems and procedures
• Monitoring agent follow-up once a lead has been connected with an agent
• Following current systems & developing NEW Facebook Group Expansion Strategies
• Communicating with internet leads that enter our database to connect with an agent
• Tracking and reporting of bonus compensation 
• Track the number of leads from various sources
• Attend weekly team meetings over Zoom and in person
• Taking current systems and optimizing them when needed
• Being open and excited about other responsibilities and tasks as the position develops

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in a sales position
• A High level of understanding and activity on social media–particularly Facebook and YouTube

• Attend monthly in-person team meetings & weekly team Zoom call
• Have a “Problem-Solving” Mindset
• Continuing personal and skill development on lead nurture, social media, and Facebook group growth
• Increased knowledge of the local St Johns County Real Estate Market

• Willingness to refer the Josh Rogers Team to friends & family for Real Estate needs
